The session was run by the foraging teacher Rhoda who was very knowledgeable about edible food outdoors and also things to avoid or things that may have been poisonous. She was friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. And as an added bonus to the experience they tailored the session by adding in a tracking session as well which was really fascinating and opened by eyes to how to look for animal tracks. I had the most amazing day and highly recommend survival wisdom. I loved the session so much that I’ve purchased some books on the topics recommended by Rhoda and would like to book another session in the future.
